The activities can be taken by Network members cover a wide range. The fact that Network members are adults makes it possible for greater independence of movement and a variety of issues that may not be possible for members of other sectors to do.

Actions may only be undertaken by Network members, or in collaboration with other organizations or voluntary organizations and their members. They can be made by all Network members together, only by a few, or individually. They can be held in the open air, or in the city, indoors or outdoors, in Greece or in another country. The duration of the activities may vary according to the kind and needs of each one.
